Women Investing in Women is a revolution of passionate individuals around the globe. Through our Global Summit Series, radio show, digital publication, public-private partnerships, online content and collaborations; we address issues central to women and millennials, promote financial literacy, create broader access to capital and support the economic empowerment of women and millennials. With a social media platform of over 600,000 followers in more than 100 countries, WIIW’s activities range from advocacy for global women’s issues and seminars for women entrepreneurs to a broader dialogue toward increasing the number of women on corporate boards and in the global private equity industry. WIIW Global Summits and Women in Private Equity Roundtables have already taken place in New York City, Stockholm, Johannesburg, San Diego, Scottsdale, Muscat, Singapore, Phoenix and Vienna.

About Our Founder

Before founding Women Investing in Women, Anu Bhardwaj spearheaded the 2010-2013 U.S.Department of Commerce private equity and venture capital Certified Trade Missions to the Nordics and Middle East, representing over $175 billion USD private-equity and venture-capital interests resulting in over $750 Million USD of capital raised in collaboration with the International Trade Administration, the U.S. Embassies in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman. Her client list includes top-tier global private equity, venture capital and fund-of-funds such as Irving Place Capital, Castle Harlan, W.L.
